Surrey Championship Challenge Cup Group 5 Round 4 – 15th August 2020

Ominous!

Sutton CC 1st XI vs. Oxted & Limpsfield CC 1st XI. Match abandoned; 4 points each.

On Saturday, Sutton CC 1st XI were unable to at least try and steer away from the foot of Group 5’s table, as the permanent murk and drizzle at Cheam Road prevented any play in their scheduled Round 4 fixture vs. Oxted & Limpsfield CC 1st XI.

The 2s remain joint-top of Group 18, even though their game at Leatherhead CC was also abandoned.

Round 5: The 1s are due at Dorking CC this coming Saturday, August 22nd, 1.00pm start; whilst the 2s welcome Oxted & Limpsfield CC 2nd XI to Cheam Road, also starting at 1.00pm.
